Job summary

You will manage foremen, coordinate crews, maintain records, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time workflow. Candidates should have strong leadership, safety mindset, and effective communication; expect physical duties and shift work.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years (level I) and six-plus years (level II) experience in warehousing and safety standards.
• Set standards of excellence in leadership, safety and productivity for crew.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and supervision for receiving, identifying, marking, storage, processing and issuing materials.
• Maintain records, files and reports; plan and coordinate resources to ensure safe, correct and efficient work.
• Ensure materials, tools, equipment and information are available; provide feedback for improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve tasks, learn from others and apply safe practices.
• Understand safety hazards and perform tasks accordingly; apply safe work procedures.
• Demonstrate effective math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) as needed.
• Learn to safely operate work-related tools and equipment; minimize waste.
• Clarify any uncertainties with a supervisor before proceeding.
