Job summary

Party Teller, operated by Roc Party Inc, seeks an experienced Receiving & Distribution Lead in San Leandro, CA to manage warehouse operations, receiving, and inventory control for our growing retail network.

As the Warehouse Lead, you will supervise staff, drive efficiency, and partner with Supply Chain and Store Operations to ensure timely store replenishment and accurate inventory across all locations. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, inventory, logistics, or related operations experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience.
• Strong experience with receiving, inventory control, picking, shipping, and warehouse organization.
• Proven experience leading and developing warehouse employees.
• Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and loss prevention.
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, productivity, and operational priorities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons, large receiving periods, inventory counts, and new store openings as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.
• Develop and maintain organized warehouse layouts and clear storage locations.
• Label, store, and handle products to minimize damage and loss.
• Maintain a clean, safe, efficient warehouse environment.
• Improve warehouse SOPs, workflows, and processes.
• Meet daily priorities on schedule.
• Oversee inbound shipments and verify against PO and packing lists.
• Investigate receiving discrepancies and inventory issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure store inventory availability.
