Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop warehouse team members to meet facility demands.
• Maintain appropriate warehouse inventory levels and control product loss.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions and related processes.
• Manage warehouse labor and OPEX budget.
• Manage warehouse space capacity and interface with outside warehouses, planning, and transportation.
