Job summary
Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in San Leandro, CA seeks a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, plan staffing, and drive efficient operations. You will train staff, manage inventory levels, and supervise shipping/receiving activities to support production and distribution.
You will also oversee the warehouse budget, optimize labor, and coordinate with external warehouses and transport partners to meet facility needs.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years and leadership experience.
- Experience leading a warehouse team and coordinating with cross-functional groups.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and cost management.
Responsibilities
- Staff, train, evaluate and develop warehouse team members to meet facility demands.
- Maintain warehouse inventory levels and control product loss.
- Oversee shipping and receiving functions and ensure accurate throughput.
- Manage warehouse labor and OPEX budget to optimize costs.
- Coordinate warehouse space capacity and interface with outside warehouses, planning, and transportation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
