Job summary

Nextaff seeks a highly disciplined Warehouse Associate Level III Senior Warehouse Lead to serve as a working leader in a fast-paced warehouse. You will actively participate in receiving, picking, shipping, transfers, and deliveries while coordinating daily workflow and mentoring junior staff.

The role demands urgency, accuracy, and ownership of results, with focus on inventory integrity, safety compliance, and high-performance culture across the operation.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Prior senior or lead warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Experience driving cargo vans and/or box trucks.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational leadership in daily warehouse activities.
• Oversee receiving, picking, shipping, transfers, and deliveries.
• Coordinate daily workflow and priority setting based on demand.
• Lead by example with urgency, discipline, and professionalism.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely execution; safeguard inventory integrity.
