Job summary

Target Corp is seeking a Lead Warehouse Worker at our Upper Marlboro distribution center. You will lead tasks, coordinate work flows, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products through the facility.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership, warehousing or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 47 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read, comprehend department/product documentation and use computer systems after training.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
