Job summary

Carolina Cat is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, and distribution of materials for construction equipment. You will unload shipments, verify contents, and prepare items for production or shipment while maintaining accurate records in our inventory system.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in construction or heavy equipment industry preferred.
• Forklift experience and valid driver’s license preferred.
• SAP or warehouse management system experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload shipments and verify contents against invoices.
• Organize and label inventory in designated storage locations.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist audits.
• Pick and stage materials for production or shipment.
• Package finished goods and generate shipping labels.
• Safely operate forklifts and perform safety checks.
• Maintain clean and hazard-free work area.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and Operations to meet deadlines.
