Job summary

NSI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate III for our Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center. The role operates on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 3:30pm, handling complex WMS tasks and large orders while maintaining accurate inventory records and collaborating across departments.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 3+ years in a DC, and experience with LTL shipping and Raymond equipment. Training and overtime may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• LTL shipping experience.
• Raymond equipment experience required - Reach, Order Picker, Sit Down.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• At least 3 years of distribution center experience.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Visual acuity to distinguish details and colors.
• Finger/wrist dexterity for keyboard use and handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Warehouse Associate I and II.
• Safely operate forklifts, cherry pickers and other equipment.
• Manage complex WMS tasks including cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Process orders for international shipments and vendor receipts.
• Prepare detailed reports on warehouse activities and inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
