Job summary

NSI Industries seeks a Warehouse Associate II at our Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center. 1st shift, Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.

You will perform order picking, packing, shipping, and basic receiving, using WMS and shipping software to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. You will operate electric pallet jacks and packaging equipment, assist with inventory, train teammates, and maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in a fast-paced distribution

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of distribution center experience.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Proficiency with WMS and shipping software.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Warehouse Associate I.
• Check customer orders for errors and record issues.
• Pack customer orders to ensure safe transportation.
• Navigate WMS to pack orders, process shipments, and resolve minor software issues.
• Check, pack, and ship international and special-handling orders.
• Generate shipping labels and documents for shipments.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and packaging machinery.
• Train and mentor employees in order pulling, shipping, and packaging.
• Assist in receiving products, break down pallets, sort by SKU, and count items by SKU.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the work area.
• Participate in physical inventories as required.
