Job summary

NSI Industries is hiring a Warehouse Associate III for our Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center. This 2nd shift role runs Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm and requires handling complex warehouse tasks, inventory management, and accurate order processing.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a distribution center, proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office, and forklift/Raymond equipment experience. HS diploma plus strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• LTL shipping experience.
• Raymond equipment experience required- Reach, Order Picker, Sit Down.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• At least 3 years of distribution center experience.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Products (Teams, Office, Suite, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong math and reading skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Visual acuity to distinguish detail, color, and other characteristics of material objects
• Finger/wrist dexterity for computer keyboard use or handling/packaging product

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, cherry pickers).
• Process complex orders and vendor receipts; use WMS for accuracy.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on warehouse activities and ship orders (including international).

NSI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate III for our Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center. Hours are 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties of Warehouse Associate I and II
• Safely operate various industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, cherry pickers)
• Handle complex WMS tasks, such as cycle counts, inventory adjustments, item data management, international shipping, order wave planning, purchase order receiving, inventory replenishment, and returns management
• Manage and process complex or large customer orders or vendor receipts
• Process orders using Amazon Vendor Central
• Prepare detailed reports on warehouse activities
• Check and correct customer orders, including international and special handling
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS
• Train and mentor team members
• Collaborate with other departments and team members for smooth operations and process improvements

Requirements:
