Job summary

NSI Industries is hiring a Warehouse Associate III for our Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center. 2nd Shift, Mon–Fri 3:00pm–11:30pm with overtime as needed until 1:30am. Duties include operating industrial equipment, managing complex WMS tasks, and processing large customer orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in LTL shipping and distribution center operations.
• Raymond equipment (Reach, Order Picker, Sit-Down) experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Proficient with WMS systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong math, reading, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Prolonged standing and walking in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Warehouse Associate I and II.
• Safely operate industrial equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers).
• Handle complex WMS tasks including cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Process large orders, vendor receipts, and international shipments.
• Prepare detailed reports on warehouse activities.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Train and mentor team members; collaborate across departments.

NSI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate III for our Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center. Hours are 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm with overtime as needed until 1:30am.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Warehouse Associate I and II
• Safely operate various industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, cherry pickers)
• Handle complex WMS tasks, such as cycle counts, inventory adjustments, item data management, international shipping, order wave planning, purchase order receiving, inventory replenishment, and returns management
• Manage and process complex or large customer orders or vendor receipts
• Process orders using Amazon Vendor Central
• Prepare detailed reports on warehouse activities
• Check and correct customer orders, including international and special handling
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS
• Train and mentor team members
• Collaborate with other departments and team members for smooth operations and process improvements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• LTL shipping experience
• Raymond equipment experience required- Reach, Order Picker, Sit Down
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• At least 3 years of distribution center experience
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Products (Teams, Office, Suite, etc.)
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Strong math and reading skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Visual acuity to distinguish detail, color, and other characteristics of material objects
• Finger/wrist dexterity for computer keyboard use or handling/packaging product
