Job summary

NSI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate III for our Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center. The role operates on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm) with overtime as needed until 1:30am. Responsibilities include complex WMS tasks, inventory audits, and processing international orders.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 3+ years DC experience, and proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office. Raymond equipment experience is required; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• LTL shipping experience.
• Raymond equipment experience (Reach, Order Picker, Sit Down).
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• At least 3 years of distribution center experience.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft products (Teams, Office, Suite).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Warehouse Associate I and II.
• Safely operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and other equipment.
• Handle complex WMS tasks: cycle counts, inventory adjustments, item data management, international shipping, order wave planning, PO receiving, replenishment, returns management.
• Manage and process large customer orders or vendor receipts.
• Process orders using Amazon Vendor Central.
• Prepare detailed warehouse activity reports.
• Check/correct customer orders, including international and special handling.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
