Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Warehouse and Kitting Operations in Summit, NJ. You will lead high‑performing teams across multiple shifts, ensuring compliant warehouse and kitting processes, material traceability, and on‑time delivery to manufacturing.

Responsibilities include driving cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement, while ensuring adherence to cGMP and corporate policies. Strong data reporting using Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience within a manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Managers and front‑line staff across multiple shifts, including all training, performance evaluations, and career development.
• Ensure training curricula are implemented and maintained.
• Oversee warehouse and kitting operations to meet quality, traceability, and on‑time delivery goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to resolve issues, CAPA, deviations, and change controls.
• Develop and monitor KPIs using Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint; drive continuous improvement.
