Job summary

LX Pantos America in Ravenna, OH is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with 5+ years in logistics and warehouse operations to oversee daily activities, manage inventory accuracy, and run the WMS and forklift operations.

You will lead warehouse staff, ensure safety and SOP compliance, analyze data in Excel, and collaborate with transportation and customer service to maintain efficient, reliable logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience as a supervisor or lead is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Experience with inventory management and cycle counting.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Operate and manage WMS to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, resolve discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and ensure safety per OSHA policies.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and management teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
