Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Warehouse Lead for its Kent, WA distribution operation. The role focuses on directing daily floor activities, ensuring accurate order movement and timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee shipping, receiving, staging, and inventory while working hands-on with a team. The position offers growth into leadership with ownership over daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in warehouse or distribution.
• Experience leading a warehouse or shift is preferred.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to jump in with the team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse floor activity including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, loading, staging and inventory movement.
• Direct warehouse teammates to complete priorities accurately, safely and on time.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners and WMS to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and warehouse records.
• Support outbound staging and loading while ensuring proper handling.
