You will lead field and warehouse operations, coordinate with vendors, and implement streamlined workflows and tracking systems to support site needs and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management preferred; High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years construction industry experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Physical capacity to sit, stand, and lift 45 pounds (75 pounds or more with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Manage full tool lifecycle including sourcing, inventory, assignments, returns, repairs, and warranty claims.
• Maintain fleet service records, compliance documentation, and vehicle registrations.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate deliveries, emergency tool requests, and site mobilization logistics.
• Develop workflows, train employees, and improve procurement and tracking systems.
