Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator for our NAPA Auto Parts facility in Utah. You will load, unload, stock, pick, and stage products using power equipment, while ensuring safety and accuracy in every task.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• 6 months of prior Powered Industrial Equipment preferred
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers (visually and orally) and remembering their sequence; basic math skills required.
• Should have basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment and maintain equipment.
• Receiving/Putaway: unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Order picking: pull and prepare product for shipment with accurate quantities.
• Loading: move product into trailers or containers from staging areas.
• Operate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) safely and per OSHA standards.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in cycle counts and stock rotation.
• Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and security protocols and report issues to management.
