Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking an Area Warehouse Manager in Denver to lead a team across multiple facilities and drive operational excellence. You will manage the AOP, KPI tracking, and inventory controls while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in warehouse systems such as High Jump, Oracle, JDA, and SAP. Overnight travel and a focus on cost optimization are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must have supervisory experience or equivalent leadership background.
• Strong analytical and cost/inventory management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead area with 6–8 direct reports across multiple facilities.
• Create and manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, aging, audits, and cost control in line with region budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (FDA, OSHA, SOX).
• Collaborate with warehousing, shipping, and sales for execution.
• Manage headcount planning, training, and performance evaluations.
• Support transportation to optimize routing and reduce costs.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations and systems.
