Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Senior Warehouse Customer Service Representative in Orlando, FL. Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm. Availability to work any day of the week is required.

You will assist with service calls, data entry, and general customer support to ensure smooth logistics operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience, plus exposure to Tier 1 or 2 warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency.
• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training.
• Exposure to Tier 1or 2 warehouse management system or comparable.

Responsibilities

• Monitors service calls to observe CSRs' demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies
• Inputs information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints
• Completes contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders
• Traces orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their merchandise, including shipping and tracking information
