Job summary

GEODIS is hiring a Senior Warehouse Customer Service Representative in Orlando to monitor CSR interactions, enter data, and manage order tracking. You will support billing, deposits, and address changes while keeping accurate records. The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience in a warehouse environment.

The position is on-site with a schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm, and offers diverse benefits, holiday time, and opportunities for growth within GEODIS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Exposure to Tier 1 or Tier 2 warehouse management system or comparable.
• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Monitors service calls to observe CSRs' demeanor, accuracy, and policy conformity.
• Inputs information into computer to compile work volume statistics and log customer requests.
• Traces orders and notifies customers of activity including shipping/tracking information.

What you will be doing:

• Monitors service calls to observe CSRs' demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies
• Inputs information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints
• Completes contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders
• Traces orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their merchandise, including shipping and tracking information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training
• Exposure to Tier 1or 2 warehouse management system or comparable
