Summary of Job Description

The Senior Warehouse Clerk (Temporary, Part-Time) is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping store orders. This position assists with pre-packing inventory kits, performs inventory counts and quality control for incoming goods. It helps coordinate and execute container loads/unloads, mass shipments, and new product rollouts. The Senior Warehouse Clerk supports the Warehouse Assistant and Operator in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, following all policies and procedures. This is a temporary position for 5-6 months, part-time (20-24 hours per week, 3 days a week).

You’ll Get a Chance To

• Pick, pack, and ship store orders accurately and on time.
• Process walk-in and customer pick-up orders accurately and promptly.
• Receive, unload, palletize, and perform quality control on all domestic and international inventory deliveries.
• Assist with pre-packing inventory kits (e.g., “new store kit”).
• Take physical inventory counts and inform the Warehouse team of low-inventory items.
• Replenish inventory items daily.
• Clean and organize the warehouse; maintain and update records of pallet locations.
• Provide shipping and logistical support to all departments, including setup, execution, and teardown of mass shipments, rollouts, and company events.
• Provide courteous customer service in person, via phone, and email related to mailroom and warehouse inquiries.

Your Background and Experience

• High school diploma required
• Successful completion of initial and periodic trainings
• Must obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment

Pay Range: $22.50 - $28.50/hour

• Pay is determined based on location and experience within the range.
