Job summary

Berkshire Grey is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale automation initiatives from planning through closeout. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, vendor performance, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, risk management, and vendor coordination to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Travel ~50% for customer sites and installation progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large automation or robotics projects.
• CS and project controls knowledge including scope, schedule, budget.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from kickoff through customer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans in PSA tool with milestones and budgets.
• Define scope and resources with cross-functional teams; lead design-phase alignment.
• Obtain signoff on baselined scope; manage changes through approval.
• Develop budgets, forecast costs, and review performance with Finance.
• Maintain risk registers and quality and testing plans.
