Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an Automation Ops Support Leader to steer the reliability and performance of warehouse automation equipment. You will coordinate with engineering, site maintenance, IT, and vendors to diagnose issues, drive improvement programs, and sustain operational stability.

This role requires deep fleet knowledge and hands-on leadership. Ideal candidates will have 5–10+ years in beverage/food operations with automation experience, strong analysis, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in warehousing, engineering, or supply chain
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

Provide weekly and YTD updates to operations and stakeholders on performance and downtime trends
Lead root-cause analysis and problem-solving for outages and losses
Ensure governance and health of automation systems through audits and standard procedures
Develop mastery of processes related to warehousing automation to improve efficiency and throughput
Apply TPM, LSS, and project management practices to optimize reliability and uptime
