Job summary

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement AGV expansion, RFID, ASRS enhancements and a wood pallet elimination strategy, ensuring smooth deployments and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related).
• 5+ years of engineering experience in industrial manufacturing, warehouse automation, logistics, or automation environments.
• Experience leading engineering projects from concept through execution.
• Strong automation troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, RFID systems, barcode scanners, and vision systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation-focused capital projects from design through implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Dematic) on system upgrades and integration.
• Support material flow optimization and equipment installation.
• Troubleshoot automation issues impacting material movement and warehouse performance.
• Support CQV, testing, validation, and startup activities.
