Job Details

**$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS**

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10pm-6am

Pay: $21.00 per hour + $3.50 shift differential & freezer/fridge role

Note: Team members will be required to work full-time in a 2-8°C environment (fridge/freezer inside the warehouse), and the position includes a $3.00 shift differential.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receive, pick, stage customer orders, manage returns, ship, and organize inventory.
2. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, report discrepancies and defects.
3. Stock shelves and ensure materials are in designated areas.
4. Use RF devices for picking or packing, if applicable.
5. Assemble customer orders, identify quantities and specifications.
6. Enter orders and related data into the computer system.
7. Inspect returned items and return merchandise to proper locations.
8. Complete daily inventory counts and research discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures as needed.
10. Perform controlled substance picking, stocking, and replenishment in secure environments.
11. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other motorized equipment as needed.
12. Assist in training new associates.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least 1 year of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

1. Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
2. Basic mathematical skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Understanding of DC workflow.
5. Maintain a clean work environment.
6. Good judgment and ability to follow detailed instructions.
7. Basic computer skills preferred.
8. Ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
9. Team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability and certification to operate power equipment at high levels (if applicable).
11. Hazmat training certification (if applicable).
12. Maintain attendance standards.
13. Ability to train and assist colleagues.
