Job Details

**$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS**

Monday-Friday 10pm-6am

$21.00 an hour + $3.50 an hour for shift differential & freezer/fridge role

Team members will be required to work full-time in a 2-8°C environment (fridge/freezer inside the warehouse), and the position includes a $3.00 shift differential.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform duties such as receiving, picking, staging customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory management.
2. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, report discrepancies, and inspect for defects.
3. Stock shelves and ensure materials are in their designated areas.
4. Use RF devices for inventory tasks like picking or packing.
5. Assemble customer orders and ensure accuracy based on customer specifications.
6. Enter orders and related data into the computer system.
7. Inspect returned items and restock appropriately.
8. Complete daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures as needed.
10. Perform tasks related to controlled substances in secure environments.
11. Operate equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks to move inventory.
12. Support training of new associates.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; with at least one year of work experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Ability to read and understand English for product and label recognition.
2. Basic math skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Understanding of DC workflow and ability to work independently.
5. Maintain a clean work area and follow safety standards.
6. Good judgment and ability to follow detailed instructions.
7. Basic computer skills preferred.
8. Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
9. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
10. Certification to operate power equipment may be required.
11. Hazmat training certification may be required.
12. Maintain good attendance and assist in training others as needed.
