Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse associate to support distribution services in the US. Day shift Monday–Friday 5am to finish, with duties including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered and pay is up to $24.30 per hour. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of work experience; additional requirements include basic math, reading English, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stage orders; handle returns, shipping, and inventory tasks.
• Verify merchandise against shipments and report discrepancies or defects.
• Stock shelves and ensure items are in designated areas.
• Use RF devices to aid picking/packing and inventory tasks.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and verify quantities.
• Enter orders/returns in the computer system and update records.
• Inspect returned items and restock as appropriate.
• Conduct daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory procedures and training new associates.
• Operate power equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks as needed.
