Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Support role to assist in distribution operations in the US, supporting accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in related fields, with CSCP preferred.

Shift is Full-Time, Wednesday through Sunday, 6:00 AM start, pay from $21.26 per hour including shift differential where applicable. Join a team focused on inventory control, documentation accuracy, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related field.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order prep, shipment processing, and inventory movement.
• Knowledge of logistics documentation, transaction controls, and operational record maintenance.
• Ability to maintain accurate operational records and communicate with internal/external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
