Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a part-time warehouse associate to support our distribution services in the US. The role focuses on order fulfillment, cycle counting, and using RF scanning equipment to track products. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and can work in a climate-controlled facility.

Shifts are Sunday-Monday or Monday-Tuesday or Monday-Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with overtime typically available. Pay starts at $19.00 per hour, up to $21.00 with incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Warehouse or distribution experience is preferred, 1 year or less.
• Ability to read and understand English and work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment including stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counting and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure product integrity and safety.
• Verify received products against documents and report discrepancies or damages.
