Job summary

Kids2 in Atlanta seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager with PMP certification to lead 3PL warehouse setups and SAP IBP projects in North America. In year one, split focus between implementations and operational oversight of inbound, outbound, inventory, and customer compliance.

After deployments, role concentrates on ongoing warehouse operations support across North American sites, driving efficiency and cost improvements through strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strong experience working with 3PL partners.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with warehouse/vendors on pricing and service terms.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding and usage of AI tools and resources.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems or ERP/WMS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project activities for 3PL warehouse setup and SAP IBP implementation.
• Define project objectives, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project participants.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues and blockers promptly.
• Prepare and present project updates and action plans to management.
• Support testing, implementation, and go-live activities related to warehouse and ERP integration.
• Collaborate with IT teams on technical implementations and troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
