Job summary

Kids2 seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager with PMP certification to oversee North American warehouse operations and 3PL partnerships. In year one, focus will be on supporting global warehouse implementation and SAP IBP projects (~50%), then full-time warehouse ops support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of proven experience in warehouse operations.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strong experience working with 3PL partners.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with warehouse/vendors on pricing and service terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project activities for 3PL warehouse setup and go live and SAP IBP implementation.
• Define project objectives, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Support testing, implementation, and go-live activities related to warehouse and ERP integration.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
• Forecast and plan space, labor, and shipping requirements with internal teams and 3PLs.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
