Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) is seeking a Process Engineer with a background in supporting Vacuum Dewar Fabrication, focusing on Wirebond and Precision Alignment in an ISO Class 5 cleanroom. You will collaborate with technicians, product, manufacturing, and equipment engineers on process development, improvements, and safety practices.

The role requires familiarity with Vacuum Processing, Leak Check, Plating, Photolithography, Metrology, and a degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Process, Chemical and/or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Familiarity with Vacuum Processing, Leak Check, Plating, Photolithography, and Metrology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a cleanroom environment using metrology, alignment, and bonding equipment.
• Ensure safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines are followed.
• Lead process development and improvement projects; analyze yields and throughput.
