Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or a related discipline and/or demonstrate increasing levels of technical management responsibilities.
• 8+ years of management experience required. Semiconductor engineering management experience within the last 2 years
• Understanding of process control systems and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safety-first culture and injury-free environment; respond to employee safety concerns.
• Sustain quality focus to maintain high yields and prevent material escapes; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide career and skills development opportunities; build a motivated workforce.
• Coordinate product delivery and ramping with partner factories in Oregon, Chengdu, and Kulim.
• Monitor and control spending; deliver cost reductions over time.
