Job summary

Intel in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a experienced manufacturing supervisor to lead a team of technicians responsible for production, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. You will own safety, quality, staffing, scheduling, and performance management while driving efficient factory operations and partnering with engineering to resolve issues.

You will oversee shift operations, workforce planning, training, and readiness to meet wafer ramp targets, with a strong focus on safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing or wafer fabrication with leadership.
• 4+ years of people management in manufacturing or military environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians responsible for manufacturing operations, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Own safety, quality, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance management.
• Oversee workflow, coordinate across teams to meet production, quality, cost, and output targets.
• Partner with engineering to resolve equipment and operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
