Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with metrology tools such as FIB, HTSEM, VSEM, AFM, KLA and Nano.
• Experience with manufacturing systems such as MESA, MITECS, CAMSTAR, SPOTFIRE, SPECDB or similar applications.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, JMP, or similar query/analysis platforms.
• Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to address minor process and equipment issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the Metro Engineering team in the Metro area and assist manufacturing with wafer disposition and overall production flow.
• Follow Metro Engineer instructions to set up, modify, and maintain metro recipes.
• Support qualification and operation of metro tools, including FIB, HTSEM, VSEM, AFM, KLA and Nano, etc.
• Identify and troubleshoot metro related issues impacting output or product quality.
• Analyze defect or abnormal data from FIB, HTSEM, VSEM, AFM and Nano and take first-line actions to troubleshoot metro issues.
• Recommend, document, and implement metro recipes or improvements under the direction of the Metro Engineer.
