Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Proficiency in technical writing and project management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance (MTBPM) and tool improvements.
• Drive root cause analysis on equipment excursions.
• Present technical data and project updates to peers and management.
• Create and modify maintenance procedures to increase tool availability.
• Collaborate with process engineering and production to improve quality and reduce scrap/rework.
• Coordinate with vendors on escalations, parts sourcing, and field service.
• Create tool configuration documentation and assist with capacity increases or transfers.
• Follow cleanroom protocols; may require off-shift support.
