Job summary

You will work with IIIV materials, Front End and Back End processes, and collaborate across teams to meet throughput, yield, and product specifications while adhering to safety and ITAR requirements. Qualifications

• Engineering or Physics degree required.
• Semiconductor fabrication experience essential; Photodetector/IIIV experience desired.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience beneficial; ITAR/compliance awareness helpful.

Responsibilities

• Wafer Fab Process Engineering for yield, cycle time, throughput.
• IIIV wafer fabrication for Photonics (InGaAs & Ge preferred).
• Front End: Photolithography, coatings, wet chemistry, metallization, RIE & PECVD.
• Backend: Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, Saw, Scribe.
• Forecast and implement upgrades for higher volume and new products.
