Job summary
Edison Smart® is seeking a Senior Quality/Process Manager to lead quality operations across an InP wafer fabrication facility, drive yield improvements, and strengthen quality systems for advanced photonic devices. You will collaborate with process engineers and production teams to deliver robust manufacturing capabilities for AI infrastructure and datacenter interconnects.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in Quality/Process/Product Engineering within III-V semiconductor or photonics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of InP-based photonic devices and wafer fabrication.
- Experience with InP epitaxial growth (MOCVD/MBE), defect management, and material quality assessment.
- Experience implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Knowledge of high-speed optical transceivers or datacenter optics is a plus.
