Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking an experienced Video Teleconference (VTC) SME in Chesapeake, VA. The role focuses on day-to-day engineering support for AV networks supporting DHS missions.

The candidate will operate, maintain, and install VTC systems up to SCI level, optimize audio for large conferences, and ensure reliable system functionality. Ideal candidates have ten years of AV experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Ten years of AV experience.
• Experience with video teleconferencing (VTC) systems.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience in DoD/DHS environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and install VTC systems up to SCI level.
• Tune audio devices for large conferences.
• Ensure optimal system functionality through installation protocols and preventive maintenance.
• Develop technical documentation and cost estimates for telecom procurement.
• Support SOWs and Government Cost Estimations (GCE).
• Configure and troubleshoot AV controllers and circuits.
• Develop PITCO and SOVT plan documents.
