Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking an experienced sales consultant to drive wealth management product growth across the MidAtlantic territory. You will partner with advisors, field leaders and internal partners to expand awareness, adoption and sales of wealth management solutions, influencing outcomes through relationship management and insights.

This remote role offers travel to events and client engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in financial services sales with investment/wealth mgmt knowledge.
Experience in consultative sales with proven influence on outcomes and growth.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Series 7 license required on hire; S63/S66 and S65/S66 registrations or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Drive territory sales by strengthening relationships with advisors through meetings and events.
Apply a consultative selling approach to influence product selection and opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, field leadership, marketing and other stakeholders to execute territory plans.
Monitor industry trends and adapt product positioning and sales strategy.
Travel to advisor engagement activities and represent the organization at events.
Use CRM and analytics to identify opportunities and improve sales effectiveness.
Manage territory operations, scheduling, budgets and follow-up processes.
