Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services sales
• Series 7 license required upon hire
• Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales results by strengthening relationships with advisors through meetings and events
• Influence product selection through consultative sales approach
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and leadership to execute territory plans
• Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategy accordingly
• Travel within the territory for advisor engagement and events
• Utilize CRM and analytics to identify opportunities and prepare meetings
• Manage territory operations and budgeting to improve efficiency
