Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking an experienced sales consultant to drive wealth management product growth across the Pacific West. You will partner with advisors, field leaders and internal business partners to expand awareness, adoption and sales of wealth management solutions.

This remote role emphasizes relationship management, market insight, and thought leadership, with the opportunity to influence outcomes and represent the organization at client and broker dealer events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the financial services sales with wealth management knowledge
• Consultative sales environment with proven track record of influencing outcomes and growth
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Series 7 license required upon hire
• Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with advisors through meetings, events, and programs.
• Use a consultative sales approach to influence product selection and opportunities that align with client and business needs.
• Collaborate with sales consultants, field leadership, marketing and other stakeholders to execute territory business plans and growth objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and communicate insights that impact strategy.
• Travel to conduct advisor engagement activities and represent the organization at events.
• Leverage CRM tools, analytics and systems to identify opportunities and prepare meetings.
• Manage territory operations, scheduling, budgets and follow-up processes to enhance efficiency.
