Job summary

Osaic seeks a Senior Cross-Functional Leader to head the Value Management Office and drive enterprise strategy execution across business and technology. You will align investments to corporate objectives and collaborate with executive leadership, Finance, Technology, and Operations to ensure prioritized, funded, governed, and delivered initiatives.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Wealth Management.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership across strategy execution, portfolio management, technology, consulting, operations, and/or enterprise transformation.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional teams and large, complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating collaborative, executive, and governance forums.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile and custom approaches.
• Ability to ideate on solution options, trade-offs, and creative solutions.
• Ability to respectfully challenge an approach and offer alternatives.
• Ability to build relationships and trust with partners across the organization and across levels from C-level to individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the three functions within the VMO - Portfolio Intake and Business Analysis, Execution & Governance, and Change Readiness.
• Collaborate with and facilitate alignment across business and technology stakeholders to drive company goals into measurable outcomes.
• Guide intake and analysis to assess scope, impacts, delivery approach, and cross-functional teams.
• Chair the executive portfolio governance forum to provide insights into portfolio performance and risks.
• Support teams to drive mitigation and action plans for risks and issues.
• Build and lead a high-performing VMO developing leadership skills and accountability.
