Job summary

Osaic seeks a Senior cross-functional leader to drive enterprise strategy execution and portfolio governance across business and technology. You will partner with executive leadership and Finance, Technology, Product, Operations, HR, and Legal to ensure investments align with corporate objectives.

The SVP will lead the Value Management Office, guiding a portfolio of strategic initiatives, prioritization, funding, governance, and successful delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Wealth Management.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership across strategy execution, portfolio management, technology, consulting, operations, and/or enterprise transformation.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional teams and large, complex initiatives.
• Strong ability to facilitate executive governance forums and delivery decisions.
• Knowledge of Agile or related delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the three functions within the VMO - Portfolio Intake and Business Analysis, Execution & Governance, and Change Readiness.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive company goals into measurable outcomes.
• Chair the executive portfolio governance forum and provide clear portfolio performance insights.
• Guide the Change Readiness team to identify pilots and manage the Change Readiness Calendar.
• Build and lead a high-performing VMO with a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Support annual planning with Strategy and Finance and monitor spend and performance.
