Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Cross-Functional Leader to head the Value Management Office. You will orchestrate enterprise-wide strategy execution, portfolio governance and change management across business and technology, ensuring investments align with corporate objectives and are delivered with value realization.

The role leads a high-impact, enterprise function at a hybrid Atlanta hub, requiring 20+ years in Wealth Management, deep cross-functional leadership, and mastery of delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university required.
• 20+ years of experience in Wealth Management.
• 15+ years of leadership across strategy execution, portfolio management, technology, operations or enterprise transformation.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional teams and large initiatives.
• Experience in facilitating executive governance forums.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Value Management Office functions: Portfolio Intake, Execution & Governance, Change Readiness.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align initiatives with company goals.
• Review initiative requests for scope, impact, and delivery approach.
• Facilitate executive prioritization for major initiatives.
• Guide project/program managers to deliver consistent plans and communications.
• Chair the portfolio governance forum and provide insights into performance and risks.
• Support risk mitigation and engagement with business teams throughout delivery.
• Partner with Strategy and Finance for annual planning.
