Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Cross-Functional Leader to head the Value Management Office (VMO) as SVP. This strategic role reports to the CAO and drives enterprise strategy execution, portfolio governance, and change management across business and technology functions.

The SVP will lead the portfolio of strategic initiatives, align investments with corporate objectives, and partner with Finance, Strategy, and Technology to optimize spend and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Wealth Management.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership across strategy execution, portfolio management, technology, consulting, operations, and/or enterprise transformation.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional teams and large, complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating collaborative, executive, and governance forums.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile and custom approaches.
• Ability to ideate on solution options, trade-offs, and creative solutions.
• Ability to respectfully challenge an approach and offer alternatives.
• Ability to build relationships and trust across the organization from C-level to individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the three functions within the VMO – Portfolio Intake and Business Analysis, Execution & Governance, and Change Readiness. Align with business and technology stakeholders to drive company goals.
• Guide the Intake & Analysis team to review initiative requests, assess scope, impacts, delivery approach, and cross-functional impacts; facilitate executive prioritization.
• Guide the Execution & Governance team to drive plans, status reports, and communications; chair the portfolio governance forum with executives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on portfolio health, risks, and trade-offs; promote disciplined investment decisions.
• Guide the Change Readiness team to identify pilots, manage a Change Readiness Calendar, and measure success of initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing VMO team with a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support annual planning with Strategy and Finance and monitor spend and performance.
