Yugo, a global student living brand, seeks a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead performance, people, and strategy for 70+ U.S. communities. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Facilities, and HR to drive NOI, occupancy, and revenue while elevating resident experience.

This role requires 12+ years in student housing or related real estate, proven ability to scale operations, and strong executive presence to manage owners, clients, and a dispersed team across the country.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership in student housing or related real estate.
• Experience leading a large, dispersed multi-state portfolio.
• Strong experience with third-party management and client relationships.
• Deep financial acumen with P&L, budgeting, NOI and revenue strategy.
• Ability to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational performance of the U.S. portfolio (70+ communities).
• Develop leadership bench and succession planning across the organization.
• Oversee NOI, revenue, expenses, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Drive resident experience and operational excellence across properties.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales & Marketing, Facilities, and People & Culture to meet priorities.
