Job summary

WME Group is seeking a Vice President, Talent Partnerships to join the Entertainment Marketing & Advisory (EM&A) team. This senior leader will oversee the development of talent partnership strategies for global consumer brands, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and leading complex partnerships across entertainers, athletes, creators and other cultural voices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, Entertainment or related field.
10+ years in entertainment marketing and talent partnerships advising leading consumer brands.
Proven track record leading complex, high-profile negotiations and partnerships across talent and brands.

Responsibilities

Set the strategic vision and lead the development of comprehensive talent partnership strategies that align with client business objectives.
Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, providing counsel on talent strategy, cultural relevance, and usage rights.
Identify and oversee high-profile celebrity, creator, athlete and entertainment partnerships for brands across paid, earned, owned and experiential channels.
Lead the full partnership lifecycle—from strategy and opportunity identification through talent sourcing, negotiation, activation and post-campaign measurement.
Lead complex and high-value talent negotiations in partnership with Business Affairs and legal teams, balancing client objectives and usage rights.
Build and leverage senior-level relationships across the entertainment ecosystem with talent reps, agencies, managers, and production companies.
Own and grow senior client relationships, establishing credibility with executive stakeholders and identifying opportunities to expand WME’s role.
Provide senior oversight across multiple client engagements with strategic excellence and financial discipline.
Collaborate across strategy, creative, production, experiential, communications, media, and legal to deliver integrated talent solutions.
Lead the development of executive-level presentations, strategic POVs, talent recommendations and proposals.
