Job summary

WME Group is seeking a Director-level Talent Partnerships Executive to lead development and execution of talent partnerships for global consumer brands. The role involves advising clients, overseeing complex deals, and guiding partnerships from strategy through execution within the EM&A team.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in partnership strategy, entertainment deals, and strong client communication, with a robust network across the entertainment ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in entertainment marketing, talent partnerships, and/or influencer marketing.
• Deep expertise in partnership strategy and dealmaking for entertainers, athletes, creators.
• Proven track record leading high-profile talent negotiations and managing complex partnership agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive talent partnerships aligned with brand objectives and cultural trends.
• Identify, evaluate, secure, and execute celebrity, creator, athlete and entertainment partnerships across channels.
• Oversee the full partnership lifecycle—from opportunity identification to post-campaign measurement.
• Provide strategic counsel on talent selection, risk assessment, usage rights, and optimization.
• Lead complex talent negotiations with business affairs and legal teams within budget constraints.
