WME Group seeks a Vice President, Talent Partnerships to lead talent partnership strategy for global brands within the EM&A team. You will cultivate senior client relationships, oversee complex negotiations, and drive growth across entertainment partnerships with entertainers, creators, athletes and industry partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business or entertainment
• 10+ years in entertainment marketing, talent partnerships, influencer/creator marketing and/or related fields
• Proven track record in developing and leading celebrity/creator/entertainment partnership strategies
• Experience leading complex talent negotiations and managing sophisticated partnership agreements
• Established senior network across talent reps, agencies, studios, networks and platforms

Mansioni

• Set strategic vision and lead development of talent partnership strategies aligned with client objectives, cultural trends and marketing initiatives
• Advise clients with counsel on talent strategy, partner selection, risk assessment, usage rights, investment and optimization
• Identify and oversee high-profile celebrity, creator, athlete and entertainment partnerships for brands across paid, earned, owned and experiential channels
• Lead full partnership lifecycle from strategy through sourcing, negotiation, activation and measurement
• Lead complex talent negotiations in partnership with Business Affairs and legal teams with SAG implications
• Build senior-level relationships across the entertainment ecosystem with talent reps, agencies and production companies
• Own and grow senior client relationships and expand WME’s role across client businesses
• Provide oversight across multiple client engagements ensuring strategic excellence and financial discipline
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, production, experiential, communications, media and legal teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Develop executive presentations, strategic POVs, talent recommendations and proposals for senior decision-makers
• Drive organic growth by identifying needs and expanding the scope of talent partnership work
• Lead new business efforts in shaping talent and entertainment strategies and converting opportunities into revenue
• Oversee account financials, budgets, forecasting and revenue planning
• Mentor and develop team members and foster accountability and growth
• Evolve EM&A talent partnership offerings and identify new capabilities and platforms
• Collaborate across WME to unlock opportunities and develop best-in-class solutions
